Effects of Creatine Supplementation on Metabolism and Exercise Performance

摘要 肌酸作为一种助力剂在近年来已风靡世界,然而在使用过程中的效果却参差不齐,在参阅大量的实验研究报道之后,笔者从肌酸与机体代谢、肌酸与运动能力两方面入手,分析了肌酸、代谢、运动能力三者的相互联系,旨在综述前人在肌酸的研究和使用方面的进展情况。
