摘要
冬泳因其特殊的环境对人体产生超出一般强度的刺激,通过科学合理和较为长期的循序渐进的锻炼,可以较为明显地加大人体各主要器官及有关系统的工作量,进而可以增强人体的神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化系统等系统的功能。冬泳以其实用价值展示了对人体健康水平提高的推动和促进作用。
Winter Swimming engenders super reinforcer to the body because of its special environment,it can increase the workload of the organs and the other system obviously,so it can strengthen the function of the nervous system, the heart blood vessel system, respiratory system,and the digestive system through the logical and long- term exercises step by step.Winter Swimming expresses the promote and accelerate effect to the body health level bases on it's practical value.
