复发脑梗死并发心脏损害的临床研究

The clinical study on recurrent cerebral infarction complicated with myocardial damage.

目的 :探讨急性复发脑梗死并发心脏损害的发生机制和防治措施。方法 :对 38例复发脑梗死及 4 2例初发脑梗死患者急性期进行心电图、心肌酶谱动态观察 ,结合临床资料进行分析。结果 :复发脑梗死患者急性期心电图改变及心肌酶谱增高的发生率远高于初发组 ,两组比较有显著性差异。结论 :复发脑梗死患者较初发脑梗死患者易并发心肌缺血或心肌梗死 ,需加强心脏功能监护 。

Objective:To investigate the occurrence mechanism and prophylactico-therapeutic measures of acute recurrent cerebral infarction complicated with myocardial damage.Methods:The electrocardiogram and myocardium enzymogram in the acute stage of 38 patients with recurrent cerebral infarction and 42 patients with incipient cerebral infarction were observed dynamically and analyzed with clinical data.Results:The rate of electrocardiogram change and myocardium enzymogram increase in recurrent cerebral infarction were significantly higher than that in incipient cerebral,there was significant deference between them.Conclusions:The myocardial ischemia and myocardial damage in the patients of recurrent cerebral infarction occurred more easily compare with the patients of incipient cerebral,who need to be monitored intensively\,prevented and cured cardiac function positively.
