摘要 目的 应用断续流动氢化物发生原子荧光分析技术,建立同时测定水中微量砷和锑的方法。方法 采用通过优化和折衷的方法,确定了最佳测试条件,研究了酸度,KHB4的浓度及其他因素对方法检出限及精密度的影响。结果 本方法的检出限DL(As)4.9×10-4μg/L,DL(sb)1.2×10-4μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD(As)低于3.36%,RSD(sb)低于3.42%,回收率As在82.60%-99.22%之间,Sb在87.80%-102.4%之间。结论 该方法测定水中砷、锑含量操作简便,准确可靠,实用性强。 [Objective] To establish a method using intermittent flow hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine arsenic and stibium synchronically in water. [Methods] The best experimental condition was ensured by optimization and compromise. The influences of acidity, consistency of KHB4 and other factors on the limit of detection were studied. [ Results] The limit of detection using this method were DL (As)4.9×10-4μ/g/L, DL(sb)1.2×10-4μg/L; The coefficient of variation for sample detection (RSD (As)) were less than3.36% and3.42% (RSD(sb)); the recovery rates were 82.60% - 99.22% (As) and 87.80% - 102.4% (Sb). [Conclusion] Using this method to determine arsenic and stibium synchronically in water is reliable and accurate.
