盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法的应用

摘要 目的 探讨盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法在食品添加剂测定中的实用性。方法 采用分光光度计,对盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法在食品添加剂的测定方面的原理,试剂,实验步骤及容易出现的问题进行试验,通过加标回收率的测定,证明本法的可靠性。结果 该方法有良好的准确度和灵敏度,回收率在99.2%-101.5%之间。工作曲线在0-4μg之间,线性极好(r=0.9991)。结论 该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,适用于食品中二氧化硫的测定。 [Objective]To study the application of hydrochloric para - rosaniline method in the determination of food additive. [Methods] Spectrophotometry was applied to test the principle, reagent, experimental procedure and problems in determining food additive with hydrochloric para- rosaniline method. And the reliability of this method was testified by labeling the rate of recovery. [Results] This method is accurate and sensitive with recovery rate of 99. 2% - 101. 5%. Function curve is between 0μg to 4μg. Linearity is wonderful ( r = 0.999 1) . [Conclusion]This method is simple to operate and sensitive. It is applicable in determining sulfur dioxide in food.
