常山县中小学生伤害现状调查

Survey on the injuries of pupils in Changshan county

目的 了解常山县中小学生伤害发生水平和主要影响因素,为开展伤害干预提供依据。方法 随机抽取常山县8所小学、6所初中、4所高中的学生进行调查,采用自我管理式问卷调查法。结果 中小学生伤害发生率为23.13％,跌伤(8.47)、刀割伤(3.51％)、碰撞伤(2.41％)、动物咬伤(1.69％)总伤害率,男性高于女性(26.42/19.06),初中男性组发生率最高(35.04％),9、10两个月为发病高峰(14.19％、19.36％),伤害的受伤原因以运动和玩耍所占比例最高(28.09％、21.93％),每例伤害所造成的直接医疗费用负担为百余元。结论 我县中小学生伤害发生率较高,开展伤害预防与控制迫在眉睫。

[Objective]To investigate the incidence of injuries and the main influencing factors among students and to provide informative basis for prevention work. [Methods] Students form 8 primary schools, 6 junior high schools and 4 senior high schools in Changshan county were chosen randomly. Self - control questionnaires were used for epidemiological survey. [ Results] The overall incidence was 23.13 % and the incidence of males was higher than that of females ( P < 0.05) . The main types of injuries were slip fall (8.47 % ), stab wound (3. 51%) , bruise (2.41 % ) and bite by animals (1.69% ) . Moreover, the incidence was the highest among the male students in junior high schools (35.04%). Most injuries usually occurred during exercising and playing, the incidences of them were 28.09% and 21.93% respectively . In addition, the medical expenses resulted from injuries was$108 .94 per person. [Conclusion]High incidence of injuries was found in the schools of this county, prevention and control measures should be taken urgently.
