脑梗塞后的Wallerian变性及其MRI所见

摘要
Wallerian变性是脑梗塞后较为普遍存在的继发变性疾患,脑梗塞后几日至数月,受损神经元远端轴突及其髓鞘经历一系列病理演变过程.MRI为显示人脑Wallerian变性提供良好的影象学手段.
