摘要
现有变电站电压无功控制装置的控制策略主要是依据九区域图法。文中根据一天 2 4 h各负荷点的有功和无功负荷曲线进行全网离散无功优化计算 ,并以此为基础提出了变电站电压无功控制装置控制范围的整定计算方法。既考虑了对受控变压器低压侧母线电压和高压侧无功功率的最优变化曲线的跟踪 ,又顾及了减少变压器分接头动作次数的要求。
The control strategy of existing voltage and reactive power controller in substation is mainly based on the nine-none diagram method. By means of discrete reactive power optimization of electric power network, a new method for computing control range setting of voltage and reactive power in substation is presented based on the active and reactive power curves of all load buses in a whole day. This method can not only trace optimal change curves of bus voltage and reactive power respectively at low-voltage and high-voltage sides of the transformer controlled, but also reduce the action number of transformer taps. Furthermore, the calculation results on the Luming power supply network of Guangzhou City and the simulation test results on the voltage and reactive power controller for substation have shown the correctness and effectiveness of proposed method.
