Using the value distribution theory, the author studied the uniqueness of meromorphic function concerning multiple value. Let S={ω∈C|P(ω)=aω 7-42ω 2+70bω-30b 2=0},a≠0,b≠0,a,b are constants. ab 5≠2 .If f and g are non-constant meromorphic functions such that E k) (S,f)=E k) (S,g) ,the following results are proved: ① if k≥3,Θ(∞,f)>34,Θ(∞,g)>34 ,then f≡g ② if k=2,Θ(∞,f)>89,Θ(∞,g)>89 , then f≡g The above theorem extend and improve some results due to H.X.YI,M.L.Fang and X.H.Hua et al.
