新兴的俄罗斯金融工业集团为了巩固、维护和扩大本集团的利益,一方面积极抢占媒体市场,另一方面试图利用舆论来影响政府决策。银行和工业资本的介入一方面加快了俄罗斯大众传媒产业化、市场化的进程,从一定程度促进了俄传媒与国际传媒的接轨,另一面被其控制的传媒也出现高度的政治化和商业化倾向,媒体成为财团争权夺利的工具,严重影响着俄罗斯的民主化进程,也损害了媒介的新闻自由。

On the purpose of maintaimng and making more profits, the burgeoning Kussian financial industrial groups actively enter the media market on the one hand, and on the other hand, try to influence the.government policy through public opinions. Banking capital and industrial capital accelerate the progress of the industrialization of Russian mass media and to a certain extent connect Russian media with the intemational media. However, there exist some negative results in this progress. The media controlled by the financial industrial groups appears to be highly political and commercial. The media, in some degree, has become the groups' tool of contending for power and profit, therefore, the democratic ad-vancernent of Russia has been seriously influenced and the freedom of news reporting has also been harmed.
