摘要
试验探讨了打浆度、玄武岩纤维含量、助剂添加量等因素对复合纸板性能的影响。采用正交试验法确定了各种助剂的最佳加入量,制备了复合型体材料。测定了玄武岩纤维复合浆料的润湿角。
Factors affecting the properties of composite board such as the beating degree, the basalt fiber content, the adding amount ofadditives and the like are studied in the test. By means of the orthogonal test, the optimum amount of all kinds of additives is determined andthe composite material is prepared. The humidifying angle of the basalt fiber composite stock is measured and determined. For the compositematerial involved in this research, a higher beating degree leads to a lower permeability to gas, and a larger content of basalt fiber results ina slighter intensity of the composite material and a higher gas permeability along with inferior properties in oil- and water-proof. Wet strengthagent enhances not only the wet strength of the composite material but also its water-proof property. With the increase of the oil-proof agent,the oil- and water-proof properties will both be improved.
