摘要 利用不同波段的线偏振紫外波长照射PI(BTDA TMMDA)膜,发现光化学反应度有较大的差别,短波长的紫外光和高光功率密度有利于增大反应度和提高取向度。在氮气和有氧条件下光照,发现有氧氛围更易于反应。 Using different wavelength of linearly polarized ultraviolet light to expose polyimide (BTDATMMDA) film, the photo reaction degree changed more obviously .Low wavelength and high power intensity are necessary to induce uniform alignment for liquid crystal. It is also found reaction degree increased rapidly in the air than in the nitrogen. Long time illumination resulted in photodegradation and decreased orientational order. So long time irradiation will destroy uniform alignment. It's necessary to modulate favorable wavelength and irradiated time for crosslinking reaction. Integrated factors determine on the effects of liquid crystal alignment on optic pumping technology.
