摘要
光色电综合性能参数是LED的主要技术指标,LED光色电综合性能的准确快速测量,对LED研发、制造和品质具有重要意义。本文介绍了LED光色电综合性能分析测试原理和仪器的主要技术指标,仪器满足CIE推荐标准条件。
Photometric, chromatric and electric parameters are main characteristics of LEDs. To measure these parameters accurately and rapidly is very important for LED research and manufacture. This paper introduces an LED photometric, chromatric, electric characteristics analysis system which meets the requirement of CIE publications.
