摘要
本文研究了淬火 4 5钢、调质 4 5钢、铸态高锰钢及水韧处理高锰钢在磨损实验过程中的电位变化情况。结果表明 ,磨损过程中电位变化规律与载荷、磨粒粒度、材料组织状态、磨损速度等有密切联系 ,并对之进行分析探讨 。
This paper studies the change of material potential during the material wearing tests which are carried out on the quenched and toughened 45 steel samples and the casted and quenched high maganese steel samples respectively.It shows electric potential changing has a lot to do with load.Abrasive grain size.Material structure and frictional speed.It also shows that this changing can dynamically reflect the change of materical wearing surface during abrasion.
