摘要
以NaCl蒸气为研究对象,通过实验室自建的碱金属蒸气脱除装置,在850°C和气体流速为11.0m/h的条件下对6种天然矿物及活性氧化铝的脱碱性能进行比较,结果得出活性氧化铝具有最高的碱容量,高岭土次之,铝土最低;实验结果表明吸附剂对碱金属蒸气的吸附不仅与吸附剂的化学成分有关,还与吸附剂内部的孔结构有关;XRD和SEM结果证明活性氧化铝对NaCl的吸附属多分子层的物理吸附,吸附的主要阻力集中在碱金属蒸气扩散至吸附剂的内孔;反应动力学研究表明反应同时受吸附和产物层的扩散所控制。
Six nature minerals and activated alumina were selected to remove alkali vapor in high temperature gas. Results show that sodium content is dependent on chemical constituent and microporous structrue of the sorbent, and sodium content of activated alumina is the highest. Results of XRD and SEM indicate that the mechanism of alkali capture is physical adsorption. In addition, adsorption process of alkali vapor on activated alumina at 850°C and 11.0m/h gas velocity is found to be influenced by both adsorption reaction and diffusion of a sodium resultant layer from the kinetics.
