摘要
室温下,在R(水与金属醇盐的摩尔比)为2~4的条件下,控制乙二醇钛的水解,制备了TiO2/乙二醇浆料。TEM分析表明超细TiO2粒子在乙二醇中分散均匀,粒径为5nm~10nm;ED(电子衍射)分析说明TiO2具有晶型;紫外分析显示了该浆料能有效地吸收紫外线;通过加入特定的分散剂,可以得到稳定的浆料。
Titanium glycolate was prepared by Nelles' method. At ambient temperature, TiO2/EG slurry was produced by controlling the hydrolysis of titanium glycolate when the molar ratio of water to alkoxide ranged from 2 to 4. TEM photographs show that ultrafine TiO2 particles are welldistributed and its diameter ranges from 5nm to 10nm; ED (electronic diffraction) photograph demonstrates the morphology of TiO2 is anatase and UV graph displays the slurry has strong absorption. The slurry can exist stably by adding specific dispersants.
