秋制种人工越夏日数的长短与冬季浴消的不受精卵淘汰效果有密切的关系 ,2 5℃高温保护 2 0d不易剔除不受精卵 ,达不到质量标准 ;高温保护 2 5d有利于盐比分离剔除不受精卵 ,能够达到质量标准 ;高温保护 30d盐比分离剔除不受精卵效果更好。对于中、晚秋制种的蚕种高温保护日数应在 2 5～ 30d为宜 。
