摘要
热激蛋白 (HeatShockProtein)是生物体在多种刺激下产生的一种蛋白质。其特点是分布广泛、表达具有多样性。其生理功能主要起分子伴侣作用 ,维持生物体正常生理功能。热激蛋白基因的表达调控主要在转录水平上进行 ,但也有部分表现为翻译水平调控。其基因一般含有保守序列 ,根据序列的保守性和多样性可推断相应生物体在生物进化过程中的位置。
Heat shock protein (HSP), which is known as heat stress protein, can be secreted by living body under much stimulation. It can be found in many living things such as prokaryotic and eukaryota HSP can be expressed in multiple way such as heat shock or during the development and division of the living body. Furthermore, it can also be checked when the living body got illness or live in stress condition. The main function of HSP is it acts as chaperone in living body. It can maintain the activity of the target protein by refolding the damaged proteins, transporting and translocation proteins through membranes, preventing denaturation, rescuing the misfolded protein. The regulation of HSP gene is mostly in transcription level, but there also part HSP, which regulate during translation. The genes that encoding the HSP have conserve sequence which can be used as the basis to classify living body and locate the position in evolution. There many ways to study the expression of HSP in vitro, such as eukaryota expression system and prokaryotic expression system. Here introduced the baculovirus expression system to modify the study station of HSP in current times.
