摘要
对天水师范学院的信息环境和大学生信息活动的调查表明：图书馆是高校开展大学生信息素质教育的重要课堂，高校图书馆在知识经济时代对大学生进行信息素质教育应从三个方面做好工作。
Investigations of the information environment and the information activities of the college students in Tianshui Normal University show that the library is one of the most important places to carry out the information qualities education activities for college students. In the present time of knowledge economy, college libraries should do three things well to educate the college students on the subject of information qualities education.
