Research and Reflection on Teaching Taijiquan

在太极拳教学中要大胆探索，更新教学观念和教学模式，不断改革，勇于创新，在“学练结合”中使自身的功夫和学生的学习同时得以提高，共同体验太极拳传统文化的内涵，达到太极拳教学与练习的最高境界。

Teaching Taijiquan is different from that of other PE subjects. Teachers must teach students both the knowledge and techniques by precept and examples. So teachers should constantly research and renew their concept and mode of teaching, improving the level of both teachers and the students in 'combination of learning and practice' , so as to experience the connotation of the traditional culture of Taijiquan and reach the ideal vista of its teaching and learning.
