摘要
以层状Na0 .78Ni0 .3 Mn0 .7O2 为前驱体 ,通过离子交换 ,合成出具有O2型结构特征的掺镍层状Li0 .78Ni0 .3 Mn0 .7O2 锂离子电池正极材料 ,并进行了XRD ,SEM和电性能研究 .电性能测试分析表明该材料在 2 .0~ 4.2V区仅存在一个充放电平台 ,可逆比容量达 180mAh·g-1,经 2 0次充放电循环后 ,仍能保持 88%的容量 。
The layered Li0.78Ni0.3Mn0.7O2 with O-2-type structure, as a-new cathode material for rechargeable lithium ion batteries, has been synthesized from layered Na0.78Ni0.3Mn0.7O2 by ion exchange method. The material was analysed by XRD, SEM and electrochemical tests and showed only one charge potential stage of 3 V. The material cycled between 2.0 similar to 4.2 V shows a high capacity of 180 mAh(.)g(-1). Eighty eight percent of the initial discharge capacity remains at the 20th cycles. The material does not undergo a significant structure transformation to the spinal-type phase during cycling.
