2,2′-联吡啶和去甲基斑蝥酸根桥联双核铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、结构表征及抗癌活性的研究 被引量:24

摘要 利用二水氯化铜、2 ,2′ 联吡啶和去甲基斑蝥酸钠合成了桥联配体双核铜配合物 [(bipy) (DCA)Cu (DCA) Cu(bipy) (H2 O) ]·3H2 O(式中bipy为 2 ,2′ 联吡啶 ,DCA为去甲基斑蝥酸根 ) .通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外 -可见光谱和电导对其结构进行了表征 .用X射线单晶衍射测定了该配合物的晶体结构 .配合物经验分子式为Cu2 C3 6H40 N4O14 ,属三斜晶系 ,空间群P1- ,a =1 12 5 1( 2 )nm ,b =1 2 70 7( 3 )nm ,c =1 73 45 ( 4 )nm ,α =94 86( 3 )° ,β =10 7 61( 3 )° ,γ =112 5 0 ( 3 )° ,V =2 12 64 ( 7)nm3 ,μ =1 0 66mm-1,Z =2 ,Dc=1 3 74g/cm3 ,F( 0 0 0 ) =90 8,R =0 0 5 47,wR2 =0 13 5 5 ,GOF =0 815 .配合物中两个铜原子呈六配位的拉长畸变八面体构型 . A bridging ligand compound [(bipy)(DCA)Cu (DCA) Cu(bipy))H 2O)]·3H 2O (bipy=2,2′ bipy^ridine, DCA=demethylcantharate) has been synthesized by copper chloride dihydrate, 2,2′ bipyridine and disodium demethylcantharate. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV spectra and conductance. The crystal structure was determined by X ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal having empirical formula Cu 2C 36 H 40 N 4 ~O 14 belongs to triclinic with space group P 1-, a =1 1251(2) nm, b =1 2707(3) nm, c =1 7345(4) nm, α =94 86(3) o, β =107 61(3) o, γ =112 50(3) o, V =2 1264(7) nm 3, μ =1 066 mm 1 , Z =2, D c =1 374 g/cm 3, F (000)=908, R =0 0547, wR 2=0 1355, GOF =0 815, in which the copper atoms are six coordinated in a stretched aberration octahedral geometry. The compound was tested in vitro against human tumor cell lines, HL 60, BGC 823, Bel 7402 and Hela, and displayed high activity.
