Option Pricing Method for Evaluating Human Resources in High-Tech Corporations

由于人力资源的特殊性 ,在理论界 ,存在许多衡量人力资源价值的方法。在此 ,分析了高新技术企业人力资源中存在的期权特征 ,作为对现有人力资源计量方法的补充 ,提出人力资源价值计量的期权方法 。

In literatures,many methods can be found for evaluating human resources. Here,it analyses the option nature of human resource in high tech enterprises,and puts forward a method,using the idea of pricing options,to measare the value of human resource.
