阐述整合高校科技资源的必要性 ,并分析制约高校科技资源转化的主要问题 ,从整合的基本思路、整体构架和整合模式等方面提出建议。并以辽宁高校科技资源为背景 。

It deseribes the necessity of integrationg S&T resource in high institutions and analyzes the problems in their transformation. Then it puts forward some suggestions on the basic idea of integrating S&T resources in high institutions,whole framework and mode,etc. It gives a case study on the bace of S&T resources of Liao Ning universities.
