摘要
教育事业发展已由政府政策主导向市场主导转化。我国高等教育因其非义务教育性质必定引入市场机制 ,本文结合作者的工作体验和调查研究 。
The development of education has been undergoing transformation from state run dominance to marketing dominance. The appropriated funds from government has no long to meet the needs of development of Chinese universities. Also because of its non compulsory feature,the high education must lead into marketing mechanism. The funds raised from foundation are of vital importance for development and research progress in universities. It explores the management of the foundation and its correlation to the development of universities.
