摘要
植物乳杆菌ATCCR8014对烟酸有很高的灵敏性,利用这种特异性,可以定量地测出食品中的烟酸含量。为了达到定量测定的目的,在供繁殖试验菌株所用培养基中供给除烟酸以外的所有营养成分,这样植物乳杆菌的生长就会同标准溶液及未知测定溶液中的烟酸水平相对应,与不同浓度标准溶液的系列吸光度读数对应于各管中所含标准物质的量绘制的标准曲线相比,可以计算出样品中烟酸的含量。
The L.planturm(ATCC R 8014)has great sensitivity for niacin in materials.According to this s pecificity,it can be assay niacin in food.In order to get the quantitative ass ay,the organism is supplied with medium complete in all essentials ex cept the niacin so the growth responds quantitatively in standard and un-known solutions of niacin.Prepare s tandard concentrate-response curv e by plotting a reading for each level of standard solution.Determine the am ount of niacin for each l evel of assay solution by interpolating for standard curve.
