摘要
枪钻钻尖的设计参数是枪钻加工和检验的依据。钻尖磨损后的重磨也必须知道设计参数,以便机床调整。对于某些实用钻型,未知设计参数,如何刃磨是一个令人困惑的问题。我们利用工具显微镜,对平面型后刀面枪钻测量有关的角度,确定后刀面法矢方向,并将数据转换为设计参数。实践证明,该方法简便易行,精确可靠。
The design parameters of gun drill point are indispensable for inspection and grinding, especially in regrinding for worn drill points. However, the parameters of some practical gun drills are usually unspecified. For drill point with planar flanks, using toolroom microscope, we measure the angles relevant to unit vector on the flanks and transform these data into design parameters. Practical applications verify the accuracy and convenience of the method.
