论房屋加层时地基基础的加固处理

阐述了灌注桩法、高压喷射注浆法、压力注浆法等几种房屋加层时地基基础的加固处理方法、特点、适用范围 ,强调了设计多层结构时地基基础应考虑的问题 ,以使加层可行、可靠、安全。

In this paper several foundation reinforcement treatment methods such as driven cast in place pile, high pressure rotating pile and pressed grouting method are introduced; at the same time the characteristics and application scope of those methods are elaborated in detail. The matters needing attention in foundation design when add new floor for old building are emphasized to ensure the feasibility and reliability of the modification work.
