摘要
分析了改变水费收取方式的主要原因 ,探索了直接以原户内水表为结算表 ,水表出户、集中安装 ,IC卡预付费系统 ,远传计量收费系统等实施“抄表到户”的发展方向 ,并提出了具体的做法。
The main reasons caused the changes in the water charging way are analyzed. The development trend of 'metering for each household of the residential quarters' is discussion in detail based upon the introduction of outside water meter, central installation, IC advanced payment system and remote charging system; at the same time concrete skills are proposed for this system's implement.
