摘要
根据我国的现实情况 ,分析了现行供热收费方法的弊端 ,提出了我国推广热计量的对策 ,并对供热计量的形式及仪表进行了进一步的探讨 ,最后建议推行合理的收费方式。
Combined with present situations in China the disadvantages of current heat charging are analyzed. At the same time some countermeasures are proposed for heat charging and further discussion are made for heat charging ways and instruments. Finally a reasonable heat charging manner is put forward.
