摘要
就如何加强施工项目管理 ,从项目管理的内容及方法 ,优化生产要素配置 ,项目经理应发挥的作用等几方面进行了论述 ,指出施工项目管理主要是质量、成本。
In this paper the problem that how to intensify construction project management is discussed from the methods and content of project management, distribution of production factors, the functions of project managers and so on. Author points out that project management mainly focus on quality, cost and safety.
