摘要
结合某企业的经验教训 ,系统地阐述了项目安全管理的主要方法和步骤 ,提出了基坑、安全网、龙门架、临边防护等方面采取的主要措施 ,有助于提高建筑工程安全管理工作。
Combined with one enterprise experience lessons in this paper the main method and steps in project security management are elaborated. Some major protection measures are proposed according to foundation pit, safety netting, portal frame and edge protection to intensify security management in construction works.
