分析了入世对工程造价的影响 ,从严把质量关 ,发展和规范造价咨询机构 ,实行工程量清单计价 ,注重人才培养和再教育等方面阐述了我国工程造价机构应采取的对策 ,以便尽快与国际接轨 。

The influences on the construction cost after entering into the WTO are analyzed and from some aspects such as depending on serious quality control, carrying out engineering quantity list valuation, intensifying education and building professional risk knowledge system the countermeasures are proposed for construction cost institutions in our country in order to realize internationalization and good development.
