摘要
利用 1 0 6 μm全固化单频Nd :YVO4 激光器抽运由PPLN构建的三共振光学参量振荡器 ,在光学参量振荡器近简并运转的情况下 :信号光和闲置光的波长相差约为 2 0 0nm ,观察到了信号光和闲置光的强度起伏的关联 ,实测强度差噪声压缩度达 0 4dB .在此基础上 ,利用温度调谐了信号光和闲置光的波长 ,在
A 1.06mum all-solid-state single frequency Nd:YVO4 laser was explored to pump a triply resonant optical parametrie oscillator (OPO) based on the periodically poled lithium niobate. When the OPO operated near degeneracy, the amplitude fluctuation correlation of the signal and idler modes was observed as their wavelengths were separated about 200nm. The measured squeezing is 0.4dB. The amplitude fluctuation correlation existed in a range of 17nm as we tuned the wavelengths of the signal and idler by change the crystal temperature.
