双环笼状磷酸酯衍生物的合成及其在环氧树脂中的初步阻燃试验

Synthesis of Bicyclic Caged Phosphate Amides and their Application in Epoxy

以 1 氧代 1 磷杂 2 ,6,7 三氧杂双环 [2 .2 .2 ] 4 氯甲酰基辛烷 3和胺反应 ,合成了 8个双环笼状磷酸酯酰胺类化合物 4a～ 4h。通过元素分析、IR、1HNMR和MS确定了其结构。将所合成的化合物应用于了环氧树脂 (E 4 4)

Eight amides derivatives 4a ～4h were synthesized by the substitute reaction of the acyl chloride 3 with various amines. All the title compounds were confirmed by IR、 1H NMR、MS and elementary analysis. Prelimary test in epoxy E-44 show that these title compounds have high activity of flame retardance.
