摘要
建筑物震害预测的模糊震害指数法,是在调查历史地震资料和分析部分城市震害预测成果基础上提出的一种以模糊数学为计算工具的震害预测方法。而建筑物震害影响因子(α)是其中一个关键参数。本文在分析α特点的基础上,采用多级模糊综合评判方法,推导了其计算公式,并详细阐述了α计算过程中几个关键参数的确定。从而构建了模糊震害指数法的整体理论框架。
Based on the investigation of the historical earthquake disaster data and the analysis of some cities' seismic damage prediction results, a new building seismic damage prediction method is put forward by means of fuzzy mathematics, which is named as the fuzzy seismic damage index prediction method, and the building seismic damage influence factor is one of key parameter in this method. From the analysis of the character of this key parameter, its formula is expounded, in which the method of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used. Meanwhile, some important parameters in the calculation of influence factor are also discussed in detail. So, the whole frame of fuzzy seismic damage index prediction method is built.
