工程项目承包充满着风险 ,并且其风险将一直贯穿于工程的全过程。因此承包商在投标报价和经营的过程中 ,应当善于分析各种风险因素 ,正确地估计各种风险的大小 ,认真研究风险的防范措施 ,把风险可能造成的损失控制在最低的限度 。

Contracting for an engineering project is full of risks, and the risks will run through whole procedure of the project. During entering bid, making offer and exercising management, therefore, the contractor should be clever at analyzing various factors of risk, correctly estimate the degree of various risks, and seriously study the protective measures of these risks, so as to minimize the possible losses resulting from the risks, and even to make more profit by utilizing these risks.
