摘要
通过丙烯酸与绢云母超细粉的接枝共聚 ,制备出吸水率为 1 1 0 0倍的超吸水性复合材料。研究了制备过程中各种影响因素 ,结果表明 ,当绢云母超细粉的用量为 1 0 %~ 2 0 % ,丙烯酸单体的浓度为 2 5 % ,单体的中和度为 65 % ,交联剂用量为 0 .1 % ,引发剂用量为 1 .5 % ,接枝共聚反应温度为 70℃时 ,可获得较好的结果。本文讨论了上述反应因素对复合材料吸水率的影响 ,并探讨了吸水材料的颗粒大小对吸水性能的影响。
By graft polymerization reaction between acrylic acid and sericite ult rafine powder, the superabsorbent composite with water absorbency 1100 times was synthesized. The relationship between the properties of the superabsorbent comp osites and reaction condition was investigated, and the results show that the pr oduct possesses better absorbent function when the sericite accounts for 10% - 20%, the monomer concentration is 25%, the neutralization degree of monomer is 65%, the reaction temperature is about 70 ℃, the crosslinker concentration is 0.10% and the initiator concentration is 1.5%. The influence of superabsorben t composite size on the water absorbency rate also is discussed in the paper.
