摘要
通过丙烯酸与绢云母超细粉的接枝共聚 ,制备出吸水率为 1 1 0 0倍的超吸水性复合材料。通过X 射线、傅立叶红外光谱、热分析、偏光显微镜等对样品进行表正和分析。结果表明 ,丙烯酸与绢云母在接枝共聚过程中绢云母的结构没有发生变化 ,但分散度提高 ;绢云母粉体OH基团与丙烯酸COO基团发生了某种形式的键合或结合 ,形成了一种网络结构 ;复合材料的脱水温度提高 ,表明与水分子的结合能力增强。
By graft polymerization reaction between acrylic acid and sericite pow der, the superabsorbent composite with water absorbency 1 100 times was synthesi zed. The products were characterized by XRD, FTIR, TG DSC and polarizing micros copic analysis. It is found that during graft polymerization, the structure of sericite did not change and the separating degree of sericite is increased; the bond or combination between acrylic acid and sericite powder occurs, resulting i n the formation of network structure; the dehydration temperature of the composi te increases, indicating the enhance of combination capability between the compo sites and water. The combination mechanism between sericite powder and acrylic a cid polymer also is discussed in this paper.
