摘要 目的探讨垂体腺瘤中Ki-67抗原表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系。方法采用新一代鼠抗人Ki-67单克隆抗体MIB-1免疫组化LSAB法对52例侵袭性垂体腺瘤和35例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的Ki-67抗原表达进行检测,以MIB-1增殖细胞指数(MIB-1PCI)表示。结果侵袭性垂体腺瘤和非侵袭性垂体腺瘤间、海绵窦侵袭腺瘤和无海绵窦侵袭腺瘤间,Ki-67抗原表达有显著性差异。结论Ki-67抗原表达可以作为反映垂体腺瘤增殖潜能、侵袭性和侵袭程度的标志物,具有较大的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Ki-67antigen and invasiveness in the pituitary adenomas.Method The MIB-1proliferating cell index(MIB-1PCI)in52case of invasive pituitary adenomas and35of non-invasive pituitary adenomas was obtained by counting the number of MIB-1-labeled nuclei made by a novel Ki-67monoclonal antibody MIB-1immunohistochemical reaction LSAB method.Results The MIB-1PCI levels in the invasive pituitary adenomas were significantly higher than that in the non-invasive pituitary adenomas(P<0.05).And the MIB-1PCI levels in the cavernous sinus invasive adenomas were significantly higher than that in the cavernous sinus non-invasive adenomas(P<0.01).Conclusions These findings suggest that the expression of the Ki-67antigen is related to proliferative potential,and can be used as a marker for determining the invasive ability and degrees in the pituitary adenomas.
