Construction of Piers N10～N12 Bored Piles of Xiangjiaomen Bridge

舟山连岛工程响礁门大桥10～12号墩为1.60,1.80m变径钻孔桩,桩长62～66m,嵌岩厚度12～24m,施工区域水深流急。介绍该钻孔桩施工方法和施工过程中遇到的技术难题及其处理办法,供同类工程借鉴参考。

The foundations of Piers N10～N12 of Xiangjiaomen Bridge of Zhoushan Islands Link Project are designed as bored piles with variable diameters 1.60 m and 1.80 m, pile length 62～66 m and pile depth into rock 12～24 m, and the water area where the piles are being constructed is deep and swift. In this paper, the construction methods for the piles, technical cruxes encountered during the construction and solutions to the cruxes are elaborated, which are expected to serve as reference to the construction of the similar kind.
