摘要
混凝土裂缝作为力学间断面,是桥梁主要承力结构的损伤达到危险程度的集中表现。裂缝检测应是桥梁结构安全监测的首要项目,它对评价桥梁状况、保障安全、避免垮桥事故具有重要作用。研制的光纤传感网络首次为实现大范围、连续的裂缝监测,提供了高技术手段,可实现定宽(缝宽精度达0.01mm)、定位、定向。其性能先进可靠,检测方便,已在工程应用中得到了初步验证。
As a discontinuity surface in mechanics sense, the concrete crack is a sign showing the dangerous degree of the defected major loadcarrying elements of bridges. Crack inspection should be of primary concern among the safety monitoring items of bridge structure, and it is always of important role in evaluating the status of bridge operation and in ensuring structure safety and avoiding bridge collapse accident. The optical fiber transmitting network developed in this paper provides, for the first time, the hightech means for large range and continuous crack monitoring, which is able to locate crack width (accuracy of crack width is 0.01 mm), position and orient the crack. The means herewith is also advanced, reliable and easy for operation and initially proves practical in the actual application.
