抗病毒中药配合手术治疗骨与软组织肉瘤

Effect of anti-virus herbs on osteosarcoma and parenchymal sarcoma after surgery

目的 探讨抗病毒中药在治疗骨与软组织肉瘤中的应用价值。方法 以板蓝根、双花、地丁等具有抗病毒效果的中药为主药治疗骨与软组织肉瘤患者 1 6例 ,并分别随访 5～ 1 5年。结果 除 5例分别于治疗后 2个月、2个月、1年、3年、5年死亡外 ,其余 1 1例健康存活 ,全身体格检查及胸部X线检查均未见转移征象。

Objective It is to evaluate the clinical significance of anti virus herbs on osteosarcoma and parenchymal sarcoma. Methods 16 patients with osteosarcoma or parenchymal sarcoma were treated with anti virus herbs such as Isatis root, Honeysuckle, Chinese violet, etc. Then they had been followed up for 5 to 15 years. Results 11 patients kept alive and tumor free for 5 to 15 years while two patients died after two months and three patients respectively died after one, three and five years. Conclusion Anti virus herbs can effectively prevent carcinoma recurrence after surgery on the patients with osteosarcoma or parenchymal sarcoma.
