Role of CT in TCM differentiation of syndromes and disease in vascular dementia

目的 探讨CT在血管性痴呆中医辨病辨证中的作用。方法 对 30例血管性痴呆患者头颅CT表现及中医辨证分型及辨病类型之间的关系进行分析。结果 中医辨证以瘀血阻窍型多见 ,CT表现以多发性梗死灶者多见。

Objective It is to study the role of CT in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) differentiation of syndromes and disease in vascular dementia (VD). Methods The relations between cranial CT feature and TCM differentiation and disease were analyzed in 30 VD patients. Results Blood stasis stagnating orifice was more common in TCM differentiation. Multiple infarction focus was more common in CT feature. Conclusion The main CT feature of VD was multiple infarction focus in all TCM differentiation.
