中药联合干扰素和乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎的研究

Study of traditional Chinese medicine combined with interferon and hepatitis B vaccine on chronic hepatitis B

目的 评价中药联合干扰素和乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法 将用中药、乙肝疫苗和干扰素治疗的 62例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为治疗组 ,将 2 9例单用干扰素治疗的患者作为对照组 ,对两组疗效进行比较。结果 两组患者临床症状均明显改善。治疗组对食欲不振和腹胀疗效更显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,治疗组疗程结束时血清ALT降至正常、HBeAg转阴率及HBV -DNA转阴率分别为 88.7% (P >0 .0 5) ,64 .5 % (P <0 .0 1 )和 61 .3 % (P <0 .0 5) ;0 .5年后复查分别为 80 .6 % ,51 .6 %和 51 .6 % (P均 <0 .0 5)。结论 应用中药联合干扰素和乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎可提高HBeAg和HBV -DNA转阴率、降低复发率 。

Objective It is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with interferon and hepatitis B vaccine on chronic hepatitis B. Methods 62 patients with chronic hepatitis B in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, hepatitis B vaccine and interferon. 29 patients with chronic hepatitis B in control group were treated only with interferon. Curative effects of two groups were compared. Results Clinical symptoms were improved in two groups. In treatment group, poor appetite and abdominal distension were significantly improved ( P <0.05), the recovered normal rate of ALT distribution in serum, the negative seroconversion rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA respectively were 88.7% ( P >0.05), 64.5% ( P <0.01) and 61.3% ( P <0.05). Six months after treatment, the recovered normal rates of ALT distribution, the negative seroconversion rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA respectively were 80.6%, 51.6% and 51.6% (all the P values were lower than 0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with interferon and hepatitis B vaccine can improve clinical symptoms, the function of liver and negative seroconversion rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA as well as decrease the recurring rate on chronic hepatitis B.
