我国煤炭产业现状及发展方向分析

Analysis of Situation and Tendency of China's Coal Industry

本文分析了我国煤炭产业现状、行业特点和发展水平,论证了煤炭工业在国民经济发展中的基础性地位。但由于受诸多因素的影响,当前我国煤炭工业仍然存在产业集中度不高、资源管理水平和利用效率较低、行业政策不配套、自我发展能力不足、煤矿建设工作滞后和生产安全状况较差等问题。为此,文章提出在今后一个相当长的时期内,我国煤炭工业必须大力调整和优化产业结构,支持大型煤炭基地建设,鼓励煤电联营,形成若干个煤炭骨干企业,重视洁净煤技术研究开发和推广应用,加强煤炭资源管理和环境保护,改善和提高矿区职工生活。

The paper analyses the actual status, the characteristic, the development level of coal industry in China. It demonstrates that coal industry is the foundation of the state economical development. Because of many factors, Managing level of coal resource and utilizing efficiency are low at present; The industry policy isn t perfect; the self-development ability is lack; The construction of coal mine is lagged; Coal industrial security isn t ensured perfectly. During a long period, we must optimize the coal industry structure, build large coal bases, encourage the coal mine to product coal and generate electricity at the same time, enlarge the clean coal technology research and increase its use, enhance the coal resource management and environment protection, improve the living standard of employees.
