摘要
介绍了同步整流器中一种新的电压驱动方式———栅极电荷保持驱动方式 ,该驱动方式解决了传统电压驱动同步整流器在死区时间内 ,续流二极管的导通问题 ,因此降低了整流损耗 ,提高了整流效率。利用该驱动方式设计了一台输入为 4 8V (36~ 70V ) ,输出为 2 2V、 2 0A ,开关频率为 2 0 0kHz的正激变换器 ,其最高效率达到 91 %。
This paper presents a gate charge retention synchronous rectification,which deals with the body diode conduction of freewheeling synchronous rectifier in dead time in conventional forward converter with synchronous rectification.So conversion efficiency is improved because of lower rectifying loss.Using this driving method,a forward converter with 48V(36~70V)input,2 2V 20A output and 200kHz switching frequency is builtup.The maximum efficiency of 91% is obtained in this forward converter and the experimental results verify that the drive method can improve conversion efficiency greatly.
