摘要
对影响湿法冶炼浓缩洗涤工艺的因素如矿浆浓度、物料粒度及环境温度等进行了实验研究。实验表明 ,矿浆浓度增加、物料粒度减小和气温下降都会使沉降速度降低 ;适当的使用絮凝剂能加快沉降速度。介绍了HRC - 1 2型高压浓密机在浓缩洗涤工艺中的应用。
An experimental study is made of the factors affecting the thickening-washing process,such as slurry concentration,feed particle size and ambient temperature . The test has shown that an increase in slurry concentration, a decrease in feed particle size and a reduction in temperture all lead to a reduction in settleme nt velocity, and appropriate addition of flocculant can improve settlement veloc ity. The application of HRC-12 high pressure thickeners in thickening and washi ng operaion is introduced in the paper.
