摘要
介绍了连铸连轧法生产电解铜始极片的新工艺。与传统Ti种板生产始极片相比 ,轧制法生产的始极片 ,由于提高了其表面几何准确性 ,减少了电极间距 ,增大电流密度 ,取消了制造始极片所需的电解槽 ,因而大大提高了电解车间的生产能力 ,并且可使电解车间实现高度机械化、自动化 。
A description is made of new technology for producing starter sh eets of copper electrolysis by continuous casting and rolling. Compared to the s tarter sheets produced using conventional Ti sheets, the starter sheets produced by rolling can improve greatly the capacity of electrolytic workshop due to its improved surface geometrical accuracy, reduced spacing between electrodes and i ncreased current density to eliminating electrolytic cells. Moreover, the electr olytic workshop can achieve a great increase in productive efficiency due to its high machanization and automation.
