摘要
本文提出了股市主要转势点的定义，并给出了几个判别标准，及在判别标准下的三种投资策略．此外，还引入了投市滑坡的判别标准，并分乐观和悲观两种情况对香港历年股市进行了分析、对比．
In this paper,the major turning points are determinated and three strategies under some criteria are designed.Furthermore it is intreducted of stock crash and analysed for Hong Kong stock market in past years as comparing under both optimistic and pessimistic situations.
